Il presente documento costituisce evidenza delle attività di analisi tecnico-metodologica progressivamente svolte e supporta:

la verifica della perseguibilità tecnico-organizzativa e della sostenibilità evolutiva del progetto;
la definizione delle modalità attuative del percorso di innovazione, ricerca, sviluppo ed evoluzione tecnologica osservato;
l'analisi delle attività, degli investimenti, delle risorse impiegate e della relativa complessità progettuale;
la progressiva strutturazione tecnico-documentale, organizzativa ed operativa delle iniziative analizzate;
le valutazioni strategiche, industriali, organizzative ed economiche del committente in relazione allo sviluppo delle attività osservate;
l'analisi del potenziale percorso di valorizzazione degli asset immateriali, delle attività innovative e delle eventuali privative industriali o intellettuali progressivamente individuate;
la valutazione preliminare dei potenziali impatti economici, finanziari, competitivi ed organizzativi derivanti dall'attuazione del progetto;
la verifica della capacità della progettualità osservata di sostenere nuovi investimenti, processi di crescita, integrazione tecnologica ed evoluzione industriale, anche mediante l'attivazione dei potenziali strumenti di valorizzazione e agevolazione applicabili.

Le valutazioni contenute nel presente documento assumono carattere progressivo ed evolutivo in funzione dello stato di avanzamento delle attività, delle verifiche tecniche effettuate, del livello di consolidamento progettuale e della documentazione progressivamente resa disponibile. Il presente elaborato costituisce strumento tecnico-metodologico di supporto alle valutazioni progettuali, organizzative, economiche e decisionali del committente e rappresenta evidenza delle attività di analisi, ricognizione ed approfondimento svolte nell’ambito del percorso osservato.
